Ingredients
1/3 c pureed pumpkin
1 c oat milk
1 ea frozen banana
1 T almond butter
1 t maple syrup
1 T Seeds, chia seeds, dried
3/4 t pumpkin pie spice
1 c kale

Directions
Blend everything and enjoy!
