Ingredients
3/4 c peanut butter
1/4 c honey
1/4 c Oil, coconut
1 t vanilla extract
1/2 t cinnamon
1 c puffed rice cereal
1 c quick oats
1/3 c cranberries, dried
1/3 c unsweetened shredded coconut
1/3 c shelled pumpkin seeds
1/2 c ground flax seed

Directions
1. Over medium heat, combine the peanut butter, honey, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until softened.
2. Combine the rest of the ingredients in a large bowl.
3. Pour the peanut butter mixture over the dried ingredients and mix well to combine.
4. Put mixture in an 8-inch square pan and smooth the top evenly.
5. refrigerate for 1 hour, then cut into 24 bars. Enjoy!
