Chickpea pizza dough

Also add basil, oregano, crushed red peppers, Italian seasoning, garlic powder to taste (or any flavouring you wish, really)

Ingredients
2 c oats, rolled
2 c chickpeas
2 ea egg
2 t olive oil

Directions
Blend ingredients in blender/food processor until smooth. Add a little water to loosen up ingredients. Keep mixture like a dough-like consistency. Bake in oven at 400 degrees Fahrenheit until edges lift off the pan and the crust looks cracked. (This took about 10 minutes.)

Remove from oven and add pizza toppings of your choice. I'd also recommend pre-cooking the toppings since the short time in the oven once they're loaded on doesn't really allow them to cook much.

Place back in oven until cheese is melted and beginning to turn brown. Remove from oven and cut.
