1.Over medium-low heat in a small saucepan, combine syrup, honey, spice, oil, and vanilla. Melt. 2. In large bowl, combine oats, nuts, and seeds. 3. Once the liquid is melted, pour over oat mixture and combine until oats are evenly coated. 4. Spread granola mixture onto a baking pan lined with parchment paper. 5. Bake at 325 degrees F for 10 minutes. Turn oats and stir and then continue cooking for 15 minutes. Check often as cooking times will vary. 6.When done, oats should have a lightly browned finish. 7. Remove from oven, let cool, then stir in dried cranberries. 8. Let cool completely. Store in a tightly sealed container. 9. Enjoy!
