Ingredients
1 ea banana
1/2 c berries, mixed
1 c water
3 c mixed greens lettuce
1 T Seeds, chia seeds, dried
2 T hemp hearts
1 T oil flax seed

Directions
Throw all ingredients into the blender. Blend until smooth. Thin with water to desired consistency.
