Ingredients
225 g flour, white
25 g sugar
8 g baking powder
6 1/2 g baking soda
3 g salt, kosher
485 g buttermilk
4 g vanilla extract
2 ea egg
125 ml blueberries

Directions
1. Mix dry ingredients in a medium bowl
2. Mix wet ingredients in a small bowl or measuring cup
3. Gently whisk wet ingredients into dry ingredients just until combined, do not overmix
4. Cook in cast iron or non-stick pan with lid for maximum fluffiness
